Our low-iron quartz sand is designed to solve the need for high-purity, low-impurity, and consistently stable raw materials in glass processing and advanced electronic applications. It is produced from high-grade quartz using integrated processes such as magnetic separation, water washing, acid leaching, drying, calcination, and grading, and can achieve SiO₂ > 99.9% with Fe as low as 30 ppm, offered in multiple grades to match different performance requirements. It is suitable for tempered, laminated, insulating, fire-resistant, bulletproof, photovoltaic, self-cleaning, and Low-E glass, as well as high-end uses such as quartz tubing sand, crucible layer sand, and semiconductor-grade quartz sand.
